We would like to inform you that the inability to purchase tickets through the system does not mean that tickets are unavailable at the ticket office. The ticket office sells tickets based on seat availability.
Ticket office sells tickets to the Schindler Factory only on the day of the visit, for the next available date. There is a purchase limit of 14 tickets per person. Entry to the exhibition is possible within 15 minutes from the time indicated on the ticket. Online sales are conducted up to 6 hours before the visit date.
