From November 13, changes in the method of purchasing tickets to Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory

Ladies and Gentlemen, in response to numerous comments and suggestions from visitors, from November 13, the Museum of Krakow is introducing changes in the method of purchasing tickets to the Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory, the branch of Museum.
From this date, the possibility of booking tickets to Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory will be limited.
The possibility of booking tickets is reserved only for educational institutions (e.g. schools, kindergartens) by contacting the Visitor Center (Rynek Główny 35, e-mail: info@muzeumkrakowa.pl).
Visitors and legal entities that are not educational institutions will be able to purchase tickets in two ways:
At the ticket office of Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory (Lipowa 4 Street) and at the Visitor Center (Rynek Główny 35) on the day of the visit
Via the website: www.bilety.muzeumkrakowa.pl 120 days in advance, except on the day of the visit.
All reservations made before November 13 will be fulfilled by the Museum.
