Jerzy Antkowiak "Fashion"

The exhibition in the Hipolit House - Museum of Krakow was created in cooperation with the Krakow School of Art, the organizers of Cracow Fashion Week 2023.

Clothing is not only a practical body covering, but also a way to create yourself, express your feelings. The designer's challenge is to find sense the needs and desires of the client, as well as expressing himself through the design. The designer is a careful observer. Intuition and the sense of observation allow him to create things that will arouse admiration, even the desire to possess.
It makes customers aware of the hidden need for a particular thing. This thing will bring joy to someone, give confidence, let you charm others. Jerzy Antkowiak has been masterfully fulfilling these tasks for years.

The projects presented at the exhibition come from the 1980s and 1990s.
