Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory – Changes to Visiting Rules and Ticket Sales Regulations
28.04.2025
In response to the growing number of visitors to Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory, as well as feedback from the tourism industry, the guiding community, and individual guests, two sets of regulations will be updated as of May 1, 2025: the ticket sales regulations and the visiting rules for the Factory.
The most significant changes concern on-site ticket sales. Tickets will now be available only at the Factory’s ticket office (they will no longer be sold at the Visitor Service Center).
A purchase limit will also be introduced: one person will be able to buy a maximum of 14 individual tickets per day.
The ticket reservation policy for educational institutions remains unchanged.
Kraków Museum is currently working on additional measures to improve the ticketing system—both on-site and online—for Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory.
