For the provision by the Museum of an object on the ground of the provision and transmission of public sector information for re-use:
1. The provision or transmission of public sector information for re-use for non-commercial purposes of a research, scientific or educational character:
(a) if the Museum has a digital copy (reproduction) of the object and the provision concerns the form held by the museum, and:
- one-off provision of up to 10 digital copies (reproduction) of the object - is free of charge
- one-off provision exceeds the number of digital copies (reproductions) of objects indicated above – the fee for the provision is 5.00PLN for each additional digital copy (reproduction) of the object;
(b) if the Museum does not have a digital copy (reproduction) of the object, and -
the provision is to take the form of a scan of the object – the fee for the provision of 1 piece of the scan of the object is 10.00 PLN,
- the provision is to take place in the form of a digital photograph of the object – the fee for the provision of 1 piece of the photograph of the object is 20.00 PLN,
- if the preparation or transmission of information in the manner or form indicated in the application for re-use requires additional costs (so-called atypical application) – the fee for the provision will be calculated on a case-by-case basis;
2. The provision or transmission of public sector information for re-use for purposes other than those referred to in point 1:
(a) if:
- the provision is to be made in the form of a scan of the object, the fee for the provision of 1 piece of the scan is 20.00 PLN, but not more than 118.00 PLN per provision,
- the provision is to take place in the form of a digital photograph of the object – the fee for the provision of one piece of the digital photograph of the object is 40.00 PLN, but not morethan 118.00 PLN per provision,
(b) if the preparation or transmission of information in the manner or form indicated in the application for re-use requires additional costs (so-called atypical application) – the fee for the provision will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
3. The Museum shall provide digital copies (reproductions) of objects through the ICT system of the Museum. A one-time provision shall cover the provision of no more than 10 scans or photographs.
4. The price list referred to in points 1 and 2 shall cover the provision of public sector information
through the ICT system.
The entity requesting access shall submit the request in writing or to the e-mail address provided on
the museum's website, indicating the subject matter and form of the provision and the manner of contact. Within 14 days of the date of delivery of the request, the Museum shall inform the requesting party of the conditions for the provision.

For the provision by the Museum of digital copies (reproductions) of objects that are not subject to the provision under the Act of February 25, 2016 on the re-use of public sector information
(a) if the provision is to be made in the form of a scan of the object – the fee for the one-off provision of 1 piece of the scan is 20.00 PLN,
(b) if the provision is to take place in the form of a digital photograph of the object, the
fee for the one-off provision of one piece of the digital photograph of the object is 40.00 PLN.
Discounts on the prices set in the price list for the provision of a copy (reproduction) up to a maximum of 50% of the amounts set or fee waivers may be granted.
The Museum's Director or an authorized person shall decide on the fee discounts,
and only the Museum's Director shall decide on the fee waiver.
(b) if the provision is to take place in the form of a digital photograph of the object, the
fee for the one-off provision of one piece of the digital photograph of the object is 40.00 PLN.
Discounts on the prices set in the price list for the provision of a copy (reproduction) up to a maximum of 50% of the amounts set or fee waivers may be granted.
The Museum's Director or an authorized person shall decide on the fee discounts,
and only the Museum's Director shall decide on the fee waiver.
