Visiting rules for the exhibition at the Tadeusz Pankiewicz’s Eagle Pharmacy branch
§1 General provisions
1. The exhibition at Tadeusz Pankiewicz’s Eagle Pharmacy, a branch of the Oskar Schindler Enamel Factory, a division of the Historical Museum of the City of Krakow, (Kraków, Pl. Bohaterów Getta 18), hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition, is open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday between 09:00 and 17:00 – subject to point 2.
2. Last admission to the Exhibition is 30 minutes before closing time for individual visitors and 60 minutes before closing time for groups.
3. Visits to the Exhibition are available as individual visits (i.e. 1 to 9 people) or group visits (i.e. 10 to 25 people).
4. Free admission to the Exhibition is available on Wednesdays.
5. The Museum reserves the right to close its branches and subsidiaries or to shorten their opening hours.

§2 Ticket sales and bookings
1. Admission tickets can be purchased at the ticket office located at the Branch, at the Visitor Centre, and on the website https://bilety.muzuemkrakowa.pl/
2. The purchase of tickets via the website is subject to the rules set out in the Online Ticket Sales Regulations, available on the website indicated in paragraph 1, taking into account the rules set out in these Regulations.
3. Failure to make a prior booking or purchase admission tickets may result in being unable to enter the Exhibition.
4. When purchasing tickets at the ticket office, the Museum recommends using payment cards.
5. The ticket specifies the date and time of the start of the visit.
6. The Museum publishes ticket prices and information on free admission days on its website: http://muzeumkrakowa.pl/ Ticket prices and the cost of guided tours are set by order of the Museum Director.
7. Information for those entitled to free admission, as well as to purchase concessionary and family tickets, and the types of documents that must be presented upon entering the Exhibition to confirm eligibility for a concessionary rate or exemption from the Museum admission fee is available at https://muzeumkrakowa.pl/en/discounts-and-free-admission
8. Holders of an admission ticket to the permanent exhibition at the Oskar Schindler Enamel Factory branch are entitled to visit the Eagle Pharmacy branch within 7 (seven) days of the visit date indicated on the ticket, during its opening hours, upon presentation of the ticket.
2. The purchase of tickets via the website is subject to the rules set out in the Online Ticket Sales Regulations, available on the website indicated in paragraph 1, taking into account the rules set out in these Regulations.
3. Failure to make a prior booking or purchase admission tickets may result in being unable to enter the Exhibition.

§3 Guided tours
1. Visitors can purchase or book admission tickets via the website https://bilety.muzeumkrakowa.pl/ as well as purchase or book a guided tour of the Exhibition.
2. The Museum permits visitors to tour the Exhibition with an external guide.
3. The maximum size of an organised group visiting the Exhibition at any one time is 25 people, including supervisors, a tour leader and a guide. The tour lasts approximately 60 minutes.
4. The purchase or booking of a tour including a guided service must be made at least 4 (four) days before the tour date via the website https://bilety.muzuemkrakowa.pl/
5. Visitors purchase the guided service for the selected tour date, available in the booking system.
6. On the day of the tour, visitors who have booked or purchased a guided tour service must arrive at the Branch no later than the scheduled tour time. The guide will wait for visitors for 15 minutes from the tour time stated on the ticket; if visitors do not arrive within this time, the service will not be provided, and the Museum shall not be obliged to refund the cost of the service.
7. Individual visitors and groups booking a tour including a guided tour service – in the event of cancellation of the service – are required to notify the Museum of this fact, subject to paragraph 8. Notification must be made by email to the address: info@muzeumkrakowa.pl
8. If notice of cancellation of a tour including a guided tour service is given less than 4 (four) days before the date of the tour, the Museum shall consider such cancellation to be late, resulting in the imposition of a contractual penalty.
2. In the event of failure to give timely notice of cancellation of the guided tour service or
the tour itself, the Historical Museum of the City of Kraków will charge the persons making the booking a contractual penalty of PLN 250.00. The penalty must be paid within 14 days of the date of notification of its imposition, to the Historical Museum of the City of Krakow’s bank account no. 95 1020 2892 0000 5102 0591 0361.
3. Persons who have received notification of the imposition of a contractual penalty have the right to appeal against it within a strict deadline of 3 days from the date of receipt of the notification. The appeal, together with a statement of reasons, should be sent to: info@muzeumkrakowa.pl or in writing to the Historical Museum of the City of Kraków, Kraków, Rynek Główny 35. The final decision regarding the penalty, following an investigation, shall be taken by the Director of the Museum or persons authorised by him.
2. The Museum permits visitors to tour the Exhibition with an external guide.

§4 Returns
Tickets purchased at the box office are non-refundable. Tickets purchased via the website are refundable in accordance with the rules set out in the Online Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions, available on the website specified in § 2(1)
§5 Rules for visitors at the Exhibition
1. The following items are prohibited from being brought into the Exhibition:
a. any weapons, ammunition or items deemed potentially dangerous,
b. explosive, flammable and toxic materials,
c. long umbrellas,
d. rucksacks and large luggage with a capacity exceeding 30 litres,
e. bringing animals onto the premises, with the exception of assistance dogs for people with disabilities.
2. The exhibition must be viewed in accordance with the established direction and order of visitation.
3. Once you have finished viewing the exhibition and left the exhibition space, you may not return to it.
4. It is prohibited to consume food or drink, smoke tobacco or e-cigarettes, make phone calls, or take photographs using a flash within the Branch. Photo shoots and the taking of photographs for commercial purposes require the Museum’s prior consent.
5. Entry to the Branch is prohibited for persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or intoxicating substances, or who behave in a manner that could endanger the safety of other persons, the premises or the cultural artefacts housed therein, disrupt the order of the visit, or violate generally accepted standards of behaviour in public places.
6. Whilst on the Exhibition premises, visitors must comply with the instructions and recommendations of Museum staff and security personnel.
7. Parents or guardians are liable for any damage caused by children in their care.
8. The museum reserves the right to refuse entry to or ask to leave any individual visitors or groups who fail to observe the visiting rules or breach these Regulations.

§6 Final provisions
1. Further information regarding visits to the Exhibition can be obtained from the Visitor Centre on tel./fax (12) 426-50-60, Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 19.00, or by email: info@muzeumkrakowa.pl or apteka@muzeumkrakowa.pl The purchase or booking of an admission ticket constitutes acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.
