Kraków Nativity Scenes

Its textual content covers the history of making nativity scenes in the Kraków area, the extraordinary architectural designs and unique figurines featuring in these Christmas creations, as well as the ins and outs of Kraków nativity scene makers’ craftsmanship and the international career of their works. The booklet is packed with historical black and white photographs documenting various editions of the Kraków Nativity Scene Contest from the past, and with contemporary colour photographs of selected items from the museum’s collection of Kraków nativity scenes.
